Gluten-free diet thankfully does NOT effect traditional stews.
This morning at 6am as I am getting breakfast ready for my oldest and feeling the fall temperatures on my skin, I decided it was a time for a hearty stew;
2 large onions, cut any size you like
2 garlic cloves, cut any size you like
2 sweet red peppers, cut any size you like
Beef chunks
2 table spoon olive oil
sautee all the above ingredients in a pot until the meet is brownish
add 1/3 cup lentil
beef stock
red wine
little water
salt/pepper
Bring it to boil for an hour in medium heat.
peel and cut red bliss potatoes (cut any size you like)
continue simmering until the potatoes are cooked.
Fall is here! Enjoy your warm Protein filled stew over Jasmine rice or as is...
